John Carter
Vice President of M&A
John leads Lookout’s inorganic growth strategy by delivering partnership opportunities that aid our company mission and create great outcomes
for our partner pest control owners.
He is incredibly proud of Lookout’s track record and growth to date – and is even more excited about the possibility of joining forces to accelerate the positive impact our collective organization can make in the future for our communities, employees, and customers. He is dedicated to understanding the distinctive dynamics of each deal to meet the unique needs of every business and ensure a successful partnership.
John holds an MBA from Emory University concentrated on Alternative Investments and holds a BBA in Finance from Western Michigan University.
As a native of Detroit, who’s embraced the warmer climate of Atlanta – John’s hobbies include golfing, rooting for Michigan football, and walking with his Dutch Shepherd.

Having experience in both financial planning & analysis and deal structuring – John Paul specializes in securing premium valuations for our partner pest control owners.
Holding a deep appreciation for the hard work and dedication required to build a successful company, John Paul is motivated to deliver exceptional outcomes for each business owner that he works with. Armed with a keen eye for detail, he dives deep to understand operational intricacies, leverages his financial acumen to craft competitive valuations, and ultimately helps pest control business owners to achieve their financial goals.
Though a proud native of Clemson, SC, John Paul made the leap from Tiger Country to Eagle territory, earning his undergraduate degree in Finance from
Emory University in Atlanta.
When not crunching numbers, John Paul loves to be outside running, trying new restaurants, and taking his talents to trivia night.
Teri Mcgraw
Partnership Development Manager
Bringing over two decades of pest control industry experience to our partnership team – Teri is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of each pest control owner she interacts
with.
Passionate about steering business owners toward success, Teri leverages her comprehensive understanding of both the opportunities and challenges faced within the pest control industry to cultivate partnership opportunities that unlock exciting outcomes for both business owners and their employees.
Teri is a proud graduate of Lasell College in Massachusetts, where she studied Early Childhood Education. Over her career she has enhanced her business expertise by taking courses at Boston University, Palm Beach College, and Kennesaw State University.
When not working, Teri enjoys watching the Braves, spending quality time with family and friends, and is often found in the kitchen baking treats and cooking meals for loved ones.
